A Surprise Endorsement for Days of Grace
Sandra Howard, ex-model and author, reveals that her husband Michael Howard, the former Conservative leader is a fan of Catherine Hall's Days Of Grace.
In an article in the Telegraph she describes her experience as a judge of the Costa Book Awards, which are announced this evening, 27th January 2010, she said 'My husband read one or two. He hadn't expected to enjoy a book about lesbian love in wartime (Days of Grace, by Catherine Hall) but it hooked him at once.'
