Enthusiasm for Days of Grace has spread across the pond: the USA rights to the novel were sold to Viking at the end of last week. Catherine's editor, Laura Barber, Editorial Director of Portobello Books, has said "This is a debut that bewitched all of us at Portobello from the first page – we could not be more delighted to see Catherine Hall work her storytelling magic so widely."
Catherine's agent, Caroline Wood, has already had great debut success with Sadie Jones's The Outcast which was shortlisted for the Orange Prize for Fiction 2008. Caroline has said: "I’m thrilled that Catherine Hall’s prodigious talent is being recognized by so many."
